Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged during delivery.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product is expired at the time of delivery.
• The product is received in a tampered condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once delivered:

• Opened or used products
• Personal care products
• Herbal supplements after seal is broken
• Products damaged due to customer misuse

Return Request

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by providing:

• Order Number
• Product photographs
• Description of the issue

Refund Process

After verification:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
